del h\u00e1bito de la Tercera Orden regular Franciscana por el fraile Antonio Margil de Jes\u00fas a las hermanas Beatriz, Josefa, Isabel y Ana Mar\u00eds Flores se dio por iniciada la fundaci\u00f3n del Besterio como Casa de recogimiento para j\u00f3venes que quisieran vivir \u00abvida consagrada\u00bb en oraci\u00f3n, silencio y penitencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las hermanas Flores muy j\u00f3venes la mayor con 18 a\u00f1os pidierona el fraile Margil de Jes\u00fas les dirigiera la Fundaci\u00f3n que con algunos contratiempos con las leyes de Reforma y la persecuci\u00f3n religiosa de principios del siglo
