Marciano Tinajero y Estrada posteriormente obispo de Quer\u00e9taro, entonces Director de la escuela de Artes y Oficios de Quer\u00e9taro, siendo inaugurada el 10 de abril de 1901 en ceremonia encabezada por el entonces obispote Quer\u00e9taro, Rafael Sab\u00e1s Camacho, la comitiva austriaca encabezada por pr\u00edncipes y ministros europeos, <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Sra. Concepci\u00f3n\" w:st=\"on\"><st1:personname ProductID=\"la Sra.\" w:st=\"on\">la Sra.<\/st1:personname> Concepci\u00f3n<\/st1:personname> Miram\u00f3n de Fortu\u00f1o.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La capilla esta fabricada en cantera rosa, con un altar de madera y una bella imagen de <st1:personname ProductID=\"La Virgen\" w:st=\"on\">La Virgen<\/st1:personname> de <st1:personname ProductID=\"La Piedad\" w:st=\"on\">La Piedad<\/st1:personname> del pintor Delunge, de la escuela de bellas artes de Viena y colocada por el pintor mexicano Jos\u00e9 Ma.
