Truchuelo, Juan N. Fr\u00edas y Ernesto Perrusqu\u00eda.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Las sesiones se iniciaron en lo que conocemos por el Auditorio \u201cEsperanza Cabrera\u201d de <st1:personname productid=\"la Facultad\" w:st=\"on\">la Facultad<\/st1:personname> de Bellas Artes y se eligieron en colegio electoral para calificar cada elecci\u00f3n.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El 25 de noviembre regres\u00f3 a Quer\u00e9taro Venustiano Carranza. Recibido en <st1:personname productid=\"la Garita\" w:st=\"on\">la Garita<\/st1:personname> de M\u00e9xico o entrada por Los Arcos, conducido a <st1:personname productid=\"la Casa\" w:st=\"on\">la Casa<\/st1:personname> que conocemos por \u201cCasa Mota\u201d que fue declarada Palacio Nacional.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El uno de diciembre de 1916 se abri\u00f3 el per\u00edodo \u00fanico de sesiones del Congreso Constituyente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, presidido por el diputado Luis Manuel Rojas y la presencia de Venustiano Carranza, Jefe del ejercito constitucionalista y encargado del Poder Ejecutivo del Pa\u00eds.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Carranza dijo en esa ocasi\u00f3n:<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u201cToca ahora a vosotros coronar la obra, cuya ejecuci\u00f3n espero dediqueis toda la fe, con todo el ardor y con todo el entusiasmo que de vosotros espera vuestra patria, en las que tiene puestas sus esperanzas y aguarda ansioso el instante en que le de instituciones sabias y justas\u201d.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Las sesiones se realizaron diariamente, a veces hasta tres sesiones diarias del primero de diciembre de 1916 al 31 de enero de 1917 y se firm\u00f3 por todos los asistentes el original que reform\u00f3 la constituci\u00f3n de 1857, rindiendo protesta de cumplirla los representantes asistentes<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Venustiano Carranza, presente en el acto hizo lo mismo y el Presidente del Constituyente Luis Manuel Rojas, clausur\u00f3 las sesiones.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El 5 de febrero de 1917, por bando solemne se promulg\u00f3 en el Palacio de Gobierno y por carteles en toda la ciudad <st1:personname productid=\"la Constituci\u00f3n\" w:st=\"on\">la Constituci\u00f3n<\/st1:personname> aprobada, habi\u00e9ndose dado una manifestaci\u00f3n popular por tal hecho.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; El Constituyente de Quer\u00e9taro \u00a0 \u00a0 El 19 de septiembre de 1916 se public\u00f3 a nivel nacional la convocatoria\u00a0 para la elecci\u00f3n de diputados al Congreso Constituyente, para iniciar el 20 de noviembre. \u00a0 Resultaron electos diputados por Quer\u00e9taro: Jos\u00e9 Ma.
