text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Los Queretanos de abolengo no pod\u00edan aceptar a un gobernador que fuera pe\u00f3n de campo y peor a\u00fan que encaminara su gobierno en las l\u00edneas laboral y agrarista.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Rechazaron de inmediato los programas de ese gobierno en relaci\u00f3n a su proyecto educativo y agr\u00edcola.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Saturnino Osornio ante esta oposici\u00f3n de la clase alta, fortaleci\u00f3 a las organizaciones campesinas que se ven\u00edan desarrollando desde 1925 e integr\u00f3 <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Federaci\u00f3n\" w:st=\"on\">la Federaci\u00f3n<\/st1:personname> de Agrupaciones Agrarias y campesinas del estado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Los Hombres de saturnino Osornio recorrieron el estado impulsando el reparto de tierras.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">En este gobierno se entrecruz\u00f3 la llamada guerra cristera.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Por otro lado les cerr\u00f3 a los pudientes el llamado Colegio Civil debido a su alto costo y que estaba dedicado solo a los poderosos.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Cerr\u00f3 los templos dentro del contexto de <st1:personname ProductID=\"La Cristiada\" w:st=\"on\">La Cristiada<\/st1:personname><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
