Ron Asheton, guitarrista y fundador del grupo The Stooges, liderado por Iggy Pop, ha sido hallado muerto este martes en su casa de Ann Arbor, en Michigan, seg\u00fan ha informado la Polic\u00eda.<\/st1:personname><\/o:p><\/span>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Asheton, de 60 a\u00f1os, fue encontrado en su sof\u00e1 y todo apunta a que su muerte se produjo hace varios d\u00edas, seg\u00fan ha explicado el sargento de la polic\u00eda Brad Hill. \u00abNo creemos que haya nada ilegal\u00bb, ha dicho.<\/o:p><\/span>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

La polic\u00eda acudi\u00f3 a la vivienda de Asheton despu\u00e9s de que tras la medianoche un conocido del m\u00fasico informara que llevaba varios d\u00edas intentando sin \u00e9xito contactar con \u00e9l.<\/o:p><\/span>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

El hermano de Ron Asheton, Scott es el bater\u00eda de The Stooges, grupo que ambos fundaron en Ann Arbor en 1967 junto al cantante Iggy Pop.<\/o:p><\/span>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
