En un auto, Velasco ha admitido la querella presentada el pasado 13 de noviembre por <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Asociaci\u00f3n Pro\" w:st=\"on\">la Asociaci\u00f3n Pro<\/st1:personname> Derechos Humanos de Espa\u00f1a (APDHE) y el Centro de Justicia y Responsabilidad (CJA), en la que adem\u00e1s de denunciar a estos 14 militares se querellaban contra el ex presidente de El Salvador Alfredo Cristiani, que no ser\u00e1 investigado por el magistrado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El titular del Juzgado Central de Instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 6 de <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Audiencia Nacional\" w:st=\"on\">la Audiencia Nacional<\/st1:personname> instruir\u00e1 la causa por delitos de asesinatos terroristas y contra el derecho de gentes.
