text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Apunt\u00f3 que todos los gobiernos son perfectibles, pues todos tienen limitaciones, a lo que se suma que hay veces en las que llegan a caer en actos de represi\u00f3n ante los derechos sociales, lo cual es la \u00abm\u00e1xima violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos\u00bb.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Estos actos de violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos se presentan cuando las autoridades reprimen la petici\u00f3n o pronunciamientos de los derechos en lugar de otorgar una respuesta justa a sus demandas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El homenaje fue realizado como reconocimiento a sus 50 a\u00f1os de carrera sacerdotal y en el que cont\u00f3 con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de Ra\u00fal Vera L\u00f3pez, obispo de Saltillo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
