El tule es una planta (Cyperus densiflora) cuyas hojas eran comercialmente importantes en la regi\u00f3n, ya que se utilizaban para hacer petates, tapetes, shirgos, sillas, bolsas, sombreros y otros art\u00edculos de cester\u00eda.
