text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:personname ProductID=\"La CIDH\" w:st=\"on\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">\u00a0<\/span><\/st1:personname><\/p>\n<p><st1:personname ProductID=\"La CIDH\" w:st=\"on\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">La CIDH<\/span><\/st1:personname><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">, ente aut\u00f3nomo de <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Organizaci\u00f3n\" w:st=\"on\">la Organizaci\u00f3n<\/st1:personname> de Estados Americanos (OEA), introdujo la demanda contra M\u00e9xico por la violaci\u00f3n y tortura por parte de soldados de la ind\u00edgena Me&#8217;phaa In\u00e9s Fern\u00e1ndez Ortega en marzo de 2002 en el Estado de Guerrero, sin que se haya establecido una investigaci\u00f3n que resultara en la sanci\u00f3n de los responsables, y la reparaci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Por otra parte, <st1:personname ProductID=\"La CIDH\" w:st=\"on\">la CIDH<\/st1:personname> tambi\u00e9n demand\u00f3 a Bolivia por la desaparici\u00f3n forzada de Rainer Ibsen C\u00e1rdenas y de su padre Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Ibsen, en 1971 y 1973, respectivamente, indic\u00f3 un comunicado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">La comisi\u00f3n acus\u00f3 al Estado de Bolivia de no investigar debidamente el hecho, sancionar a los responsables, encontrar a una de las v\u00edctimas y reparar adecuadamente a los familiares.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
