QUERETARO PATRIMONIO&#8230;1996"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>M\u00e9xico en La UNESCO\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9xico, que ingres\u00f3 en la UNESCO el 4 de noviembre de 1946, acoge desde 1967 una oficina nacional de la Organizaci\u00f3n. El mandato principal de \u00e9sta consiste en implementar las actividades del E-9 (Grupo de nueve pa\u00edses muy poblados del mundo) en la perspectiva de promover la Educaci\u00f3n Para Todos en el pa\u00eds. La Oficina act\u00faa tambi\u00e9n como polo regional para algunos de los proyectos de la UNESCO relativos a las Ciencias Humanas y Sociales.<\/p>\n<p>En junio de 2005, la Biblioteca Palafoxiana se convirti\u00f3 en una de las 120 colecciones documentales protegidas por el Registro \u201cMemoria del Mundo\u201d. Fundada en 1646 en la ciudad de Puebla, la Palafoxiana fue la primera biblioteca p\u00fablica de las Am\u00e9ricas y conserva en sus fondos manuscritos y libros impresos desde antes de la era colonial (1473) hasta poco despu\u00e9s del fin de \u00e9sta (1821). Los libros se siguen catalogando con arreglo al sistema que se utilizaba en el a\u00f1o de fundaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El ilustre pol\u00edgrafo mexicano Jaime Torres Bodet (1902-1974) fue el segundo Director General de la UNESCO, cargo que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 entre 1948 y 1952.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Quer\u00e9taro&#8230;.Patrimonio de la humanidad 1996<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fondation coloniale espagnole, Quer\u00e9taro pr\u00e9sente la singularit\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir conserv\u00e9 d\u00e8s l&#8217;origine un quartier g\u00e9om\u00e9trique des conqu\u00e9rants jouxtant le quartier aux ruelles tortueuses des indig\u00e8nes. Otomis, Tarascos, Chichimecas et Espagnols cohabit\u00e8rent ainsi harmonieusement dans cette ville c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour ses innombrables monuments baroques, civils et religieux, \u00e0 la d\u00e9coration exub\u00e9rante, qui datent de son \u00e2ge d&#8217;or aux XVII<sup>e<\/sup> et XVIII<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: both\" class=\"related\">\n<h4>Justification d&#8217;inscription<\/h4>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;inscrire le bien propos\u00e9 sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial sur la base des crit\u00e8res culturels (ii) et (iv), consid\u00e9rant que Quer\u00e9taro est un exemple exceptionnel de ville coloniale dont le trac\u00e9 est le symbole de sa population pluri-ethnique. Elle est aussi dot\u00e9e de nombreux \u00e9difices exceptionnels notamment des 17\u00e8me et 18\u00e8me si\u00e8cles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Lugares patrimonio de la humanidad en
