Tanto Epigmenio, como su hermano Emeterio, fueron ardientes partidarios de <st1:personname ProductID=\"la Independencia\" w:st=\"on\">la Independencia<\/st1:personname> de M\u00e9xico, participando en la conspiraci\u00f3n que se hiciera en la casa del corregidor Dom\u00ednguez, &#8230; <o:p><\/o:p><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>Don Epigmenio Gonz\u00e1lez muri\u00f3 en la indigencia y el abandono total el 19 de julio de 1858, en Guadalajara, Jalisco.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>El 15 de Septiembre de 1810. Descubiertos los conspiradores de Quer\u00e9taro: los hermanos Emeterio y Epigmenio Gonz\u00e1lez, Do\u00f1a Josefa Ort\u00edz, Allende, Hidalgo, Aldama, Abasolo y dem\u00e1s compa\u00f1eros, el cura Hidalgo tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de lanzarse a la lucha por la Independencia&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>1884 1884 &#8211; Hacienda Epigmenio Gonz\u00e1lez. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>Esta preciosa finca no aparece rese\u00f1ada en el mapa de 1884, es pues de suponerse que cuando menos su manufactura corresponde a la \u00e9poca porfiriana. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>Y efectivamente as\u00ed lo demuestran sus arcos rebajados, el labrado de sus tableros y los de la Hacienda\u00a0 de Epigmenio Gonz\u00e1lez. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Homenaje, estudios y un gran monumento a Don Epigmenio Gonz\u00e1lez, padre de la patria: M\u00e9xico Naci\u00f3 en 1778, en la ciudad de Quer\u00e9taro, donde se dedic\u00f3 al comercio, desde muy joven.
