Gobernador del Estado, Don Rafael Camacho Guzm\u00e1n, en su af\u00e1n de proporcionarle a la ciudad de <span>\u00a0<\/span>Quer\u00e9taro un mejor nivel en todos los aspectos.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">En este auditorio se pueden realizar representaciones como teatro vivo, opera, ballet, conciertos sinf\u00f3nicos, espect\u00e1culos populares, c\u00edvicos o deportivos como basquetbol, voleibol, tenis, eventos sobre hielo, entre otras actividades que fomentan la recreaci\u00f3n en Quer\u00e9taro.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El auditorio fue construido ex profeso en 1985, con el dise\u00f1o del arquitecto Luis Alfonso Fern\u00e1ndez Siurob, e inaugurado en septiembre del mismo a\u00f1o.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><o:p>\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">El primer evento que ofreci\u00f3 fue la grabaci\u00f3n del programa de televisi\u00f3n Siempre en Domingo, de Ra\u00fal Velasco.
